In the state of Washington, landlords can be forced to store a tenant’s belongings for up to 45 days – whether after an eviction or an abandoned property. A Man & A Truck LLC can help! We can move your tenant’s belongings to your set storage area in accordance with this law. Once the 45 days is up if your tenant hasn’t collected their items, we can come back and dump these items!

How We Charge
We charge primarily by volume, how much of our truck or trailer is filled. We do charge extra for heavier dense materials such as dirt, concrete, bricks, plaster, asphalt, shingles, drywall, rock, etc. We will always address these items as we discover them, as we have no hidden fees and do not want to surprise you with excess charges when the job is done.
For other items that may have additional charges, such as excess tires, hazardous materials, etc. We offer no-obligation estimates to give you a clear idea of what to expect before starting a job.
Labor and disposal fees are included in the prices.
